When visiting the apartments, Kristina has proven to be a very useful resource for me since she contributed to my evaluations and judgments with her own perspective and deep knowledge of the local real estate market. Once we identified the right apartment for me, Kristina took care of all the legal aspects connected with the drafting of the agreement with great attention and responsiveness. She was also very flexible and effective in acting as an intermediary between me and the apartment’s owner. In conclusion, I would like to underline one aspect of Kristina’s professionalism I have really appreciated: her language skills. Apart from her full command of the English language, she also speaks good Italian: this is an element that - especially in my capacity as Deputy Head of Mission at the Italian Embassy in Riga - I was really impressed with. Для приобретения ВНЖ для моих родителей в Латвии нам нужно было купить недвижимость. Ирина Алазова полностью взяла на себя поиск объекта, координацию с юристами и банком в Латвии. Обсуждение объекта был на 100% по Whatsapp, так как из-за КОВИДа мы не могли въехать в Латвию из России. Ирина делала подробные видеоролики каждой квартиры и присылала нам для обсуждения. В конечном итоге мы выбрали 4-х комнатную квартиру в Юрмале в Булдури. Прислав генеральную доверенность на Ирину, сделка была безупречно проведена без нашего личного присутствия в Латвии. Получив позитивное решение о ВНЖ от латвийской миграционки (подача документов была в Москве) мы наконец приехали в Латвию и получили ключи от квартиры. Я реально был восхищён тем, что вся логистика от поиска объекта до окончательного оформления сделки прошли без нашего физического присутствия в Латвии. Квартирой очень довольны. Очень благодарен за такой безупречный сервис.
