I travelled from India and was completely unknown to the city Riga. I had conversation with Paulina and since from the beginning she helped me in finding the flat that suits my need. She arranged taxi from airport and always picked me from my hotel or office to see the flats. She answered all my questions and explained everything regarding the flat and city. Her advise was very helpful in getting the flat in good area. She is very co-operative, kind and helpful. I must recommend her and Mercury Group if anyone is looking for flats.

Mercury Group real estate agency was the best one among those I was in contact in Riga. This is due to the quite large choice of properties available for rent in Riga and to our excellent real estate agent, Julija ! She was extremely professional, kind, honest and helpful. At all stages, she was very responsive and attentive to my expectation, looking to meet them as much as possible. I managed to find a furnished apartment I was looking for in 3 days after having visited around 20 and the one I chose is among those suggested by Julija ! Mercury Group est la meilleure agence immobilière parmi celles auxquelles j'ai fait appel à Riga. Cela est dû à un choix assez important d'offres d'appartements à louer à Riga et à l'excellence de notre agent immobilier, Julija ! Elle est extrêmement professionnelle, gentille, honnête et prête à aider à tout moment. A toutes les étapes, elle a été pleinement à l'écoute de mes attentes. J'ai réussi à louer un appartement meublé en 3 jours après avoir visité une vingtaine d'appartements. Celui que j'ai choisi figurait parmi les offres présentées par Julija.

Paulina arranged the rental of my Appartment in Riga, given that I can not speak Latvian , she arranged every thing PLUS helping me in buying my phone line , pay the rent , even guided my to exchange office and arranged taxi booking. Without her help it could be a nightmare to arrange in the first day of arrival.

Изначально обратившись в компанию для просмотра другого объекта, показ которого мне оперативно организовали, я все таки решил посмотреть похожие варианты и получил очень подробную подборку достойных квартир. Наталия очень серьезно подошла к подбору вариантов по моим критериям. В итоге такого профессионального подхода мы не потратили впустую время на осмотр заведомо 'нe моих' квартир и я достаточно быстро определилися с выбором. Все встречи и показы проводились точно и вовремя. Наталия помогла в торгах и очень грамотно проводила все переговоры. Документы на квартиру оформлялись по доверенностям. Несмотря на многоэтапность сделки, все было организовано удобно, продуманно и без стрессов. Наталия не только быстро и качественно провела сделку, но и помогла с организацией ремонта и порекомендовала надежных строителей и дизайнеров - партнеров Mercury Group. Это удивительно, но ремонт и меблировка квартиры 150 м2! 'под ключ' была закончена в отведенные мною сроки - около двух месяцев. Mercury Group has helped renting a long term apartment in Riga. Initial contact with Melina, but mostly and finalization of contrast with Daria. All practical arrangements and coordination with Daria - she did a fantastic job, and is highly recommended.

She passed to me by her own car to check available apartments , she gave me honest advises and helped me in my choice, she gave me information about useful placed in Riga (banks , supermarkets , etc).
