The Swiss Institute for Management Development IDM has published the World Competitiveness Ranking 2022, which includes 63 countries
Ranking of countries by level of competitiveness in 2022
IDM experts analyzed data from open sources of international organizations such as the UN and the World Bank. The goal is to assess the extent to which states manage to create an environment for attracting international investment and sustainable business development.
IMD has been analyzing countries' competitiveness since 1989.
Each state is evaluated according to four groups of indicators, which consist of 333 criteria, the main of which are:
- The state of the economy in the field of innovation.
- The level of digital technologies in the country.
- Government effectiveness in social policy.
- Social cohesion and equal opportunity.
