On June 1, 2023, the UAE will introduce a corporate tax of 9%. Now most companies do not pay income tax.The UAE Ministry of Finance announced tax measures to support small businesses.
UAE: small business to be exempted from corporate tax
Companies with income below AED 3 million (~$816,000) will be exempt from paying the new corporate tax until the end of 2026. This is a step towards small business and confirmation of the status of one of the most loyal countries for doing business.
