In addition to the usual visa requirement, the following conditions must be met:
- Make a PCR test no earlier than 72 hours before departure to Cyprus
- Receive your Flight Pass no earlier than 24 hours before departure (you must register, fill out the form, and attach the PCR test results here.
- Make another PCR test at the Cyprus airport upon arrival (cost € 30 and € 32 in Larnaca and Paphos, respectively)
- Wait for a negative test result in a hotel or private residence - usually the next day - after which you can freely move around the island
