Real estate market monitoring, property portfolio
Your manager will select property offers, including those from a hidden database, as well as provide you with more detailed information about each property. At this stage, you will be provided with detailed information about how to obtain residence permit/citizenship, the procedure for buying property, and the details about real estate maintenance, etc.
Introduction to your personal manager and preliminary property selection
We send you several offers and acquaint you with our trusted and reliable partners in the country where you are considering purchasing a residential or commercial property.
Viewings
When you arrive in the country we will arrange a personal tour of the city and viewings of properties from the portfolio. You will be escorted to viewings, as well as provided with all the necessary information, both on properties and on any other issues related to the country and the property purchase procedure.
Legal support of the transaction and signing the contract
When you choose the property that meets your requirements and preferences we will help you to clear the terms of the transaction and sign the purchase and sale contract – we will carry out full legal support of the transaction.
Real estate management and after-sales service
After the sale is complete we continue to offer management, search, and coordination of tenants/operators on your request.
