Conditions of the program

Permanent residence in Spain

To obtain a permanent residence permit in Spain, you must continuously live in the country for at least 5 years with the status of a residence permit.

At the same time, during this period it is impossible to leave Spain for more than 10 months. It is not recommended to leave the country often and leave for more than 3 months.

When applying for permanent residence, it is required to prove financial solvency, the availability of housing in Spain and medical insurance.
