Buying and renting real estate in Tbilisi: prices continue to skyrocket

In December 2022, the cost of housing in Tbilisi increased by 28% compared to the same period in 2021, according to Georgian bank TBC Capital.

The rental price of real estate in Tbilisi has increased by 103% compared to December 2021!As for the statistics for the whole of 2022: sale and rental prices increased by 17% and 77% year on year.

The most popular areas for buying or renting a home are Saburtalo (18% of the total number of transactions), Didi Digomi (16%) and Gldani (16%).
