In 2023, Portugal is one of the best countries to invest in European real estate

According to experts, inflation is expected to decrease in Portugal in the first months of the year. However,  interest rates and yields will keep rising and there should be a slight decrease in consumption.

However, the possibility of a recession is fading and the Portuguese real estate market in particular continues to perform well.

Important:

Product availability remains low in almost every traditional asset class, and this should continue to drive rent increases in offices and logistics, as well as rising housing prices and rents.

There are also various sectors in the early stages of development or growth such as student housing, nursing homes, healthcare and agribusiness where many business opportunities can be found.

Experts summarize that 2023 is an uncertain but positive time that offers many investment opportunities and allows for a significant amount of investment to be expected in 2023.
