Jurmala is a unique town – a resort in Latvia on the shores of the Baltic Sea. Melluzi located approx. 30 km from the centre of Riga, Melluzi is an old fishermen’s village. In 19th century also called Karlsbad. First well-house was built in 1827. Now Melluzi is a part of Jurmala – the biggest resort of Latvia. Developed infrastructure, near shops, 300 m to the train station Melluzi. Great transport links and close to all local amenities. Distance to the sea only 200 meters, marvellous pinewood. A fantastic, comfortable and convenient place to live.
