Architecture Minimalism
We started the project thinking about a structure that is compatible with the environment and provides vitality that defines the limits of human daily mobility.
Creating a living space at Basın Ekspres, one of Istanbul's main road junctions, places a different responsibility on the architect.
To insulate the project from the city's high energy, "Architectural Minimalism" seemed like a viable option. We were inspired by the philosophy of Feng Shui, an oriental wisdom with minimalism that emphasizes "many and the power of few".
We have adopted the color white, which symbolizes purity in the feng shui approach on the facades of the main buildings. Then we used the color yellow, which provides harmony with the energy of the Earth.
The house-office project is being developed in Basin Ekspres, the fastest growing area of Bagcilar. The project consists of apartment types 1+1, 1.5+1, 2+1 and 3+1. In addition, the project, which consists of 352 apartments in 2 residential blocks, offers a variety of payment options to suit any budget.
The block on the facade of Basin Express consists of 18 floors and 12 apartments on each floor. Block B consists of 17 floors, each floor has 8 apartments. The home office concept design also offers the opportunity to purchase many alternatives.
