In addition, the project comes with Breeam certification, which is the highest standard in the EU building sector for energy and thermal projects. In fact, there is no higher standard than this and we are the only ones in Georgia who have it.

For the authors of the project, one of the key points during the construction was the use of artificial intelligence and the latest Smart Home technologies, which were still being improved and developed in the process of work. The residential complex will have its own weather station, which means that a special program will inform residents about the weather conditions so they can dress appropriately before leaving the house.

The developers of the project have already equipped the building with state-of-the-art smart technologies "Smart Home", that is, residents can open the front door or call the elevator using a retinal scan. At the same time, everything that a resident may need can be controlled using a mobile phone.

Apartments are rented to buyers fully equipped with furniture and household appliances of the highest quality, exclusive and very expensive products.

We install an energy-efficient German elevator that gives off and generates energy while moving. The demand for such orders is so low and rare in the Georgian market that even the largest companies in this area have never received such orders.

The biggest losses in terms of energy efficiency come from windows, walls and doors. We use windows in accordance with Breeam certification, which is installed and used in Georgia for the first time. They ensure minimum energy efficiency losses and maximum resource savings.

In addition, the house is built only from energy-efficient EU standard blocks, which are expensive and rare, but guarantee a “warm” life for residents. These units also provide guaranteed privacy and isolation, which means that the general problem of noise coming from neighboring apartments will be eliminated as much as possible.
