I didn't expect that the search of the apartment in the new country and city for us will turn out to be such an easy and pleasant process. And all of this thanks to Paulina Oleinikova. It took us only 2 days to find an apartment that fully meets our expectations (including such not an easy request as a possibility to live with pets). Paulina helped us not only with the apartment but with the lease agreement, answered our questions about the city and country, helped us feel comfortable during the search process. I can say for sure that we were lucky to meet and cooperate with Paulina. Thank you so much for your professionalism and responsiveness!

По приезду в город мне были показаны объекты, среди которых в течение недели я выбрала свой вариант. Очень довольна своей квартирой, а это значит, что Наталья выполнила свою работу очень хорошо, быстро, профессионально, подобрав ту квартиру, которая отвечала всем моим требованиям. Работа была проведена четко, быстро, были проработаны все детали заказа. Me and my partner Jack dealt with Melina when looking for a property to rent. We were moving from the UK to Riga so we really had to lean on Melina in regards to location/properties etc. From the start Melina was very professional, she responded very quickly and thoroughly. She made the move so much easier and I could not recommend her enough, she was an absolutely joy to deal with. Paldies Alīnai Mercai par īres klienta piesaisti. Lai gan lielus dzīvokļus izīrēt nav tik vienkārši, Alīna atrada mums īrniekus ļoti ātri un operatīvi. Trešdienā - potenciālais klients apskatīja dzīvokli, piektdienā jau parakstījām līgumu. Tas viss notika pateicoties Alīnas darba spējām, strādātpriekam un optimismam. Viņa nežēloja pūles un strādāja pat vēlās vakara stundās, lai taptu īres līgums. I am very grateful to Alina Merca for finding us a tenant in a very short time. I am also truly impressed with the speed of completion of the paperwork. A potential tenant came to view our property on Wednesday and we have signed a Letting Agreement on Friday. This was possible as Alina worked hard and out of hours so that the deal could happen. There are not that many Estate Agents who would have such a great work ethic and would be prepared "to go an extra mile" as Alina did. Alina, thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Olga Zagainova was offering us very nice apartments which really suited our needs and once we decided for one apartment she was still helping a lot by pointing out a lot of defects in the apartment which had to be included in the rental agreement which we wouldn't have seen. Futhermore, she was always very nice and friendly.

I am a new expat in Riga and I was looking for for a long term rent of a house for me and my family. I get in touch with Olga, because she was responsible for some houses, that were attractive for me. I appreciated Olga's active attitude. She knew a lot about the house in her portfolio and also about the owners. My feeling was, she was sometimes almost part of the owner's family. By this attitude, I felt very comfortable visiting the houses with her. All info and the service provided was on a very high level and by far the best if I can compare to other external real estate agents. She was also very cooperative with our internal real estate agent, who was helping me to find a good location. Paldies Olga, great job done! I can truly recommend to get in touch with Olga if you are looking for a house or apartment in Riga city or Riga suburb.

I am a new expat in Riga and I was looking for for a long term rent of a house for me and my family. I get in touch with Olga, because she was responsible for some houses, that were attractive for me. I appreciated Olga's active attitude. She knew a lot about the house in her portfolio and also about the owners. My feeling was, she was sometimes almost part of the owner's family. By this attitude, I felt very comfortable visiting the houses with her. All info and the service provided was on a very high level and by far the best if I can compare to other external real estate agents. She was also very cooperative with our internal real estate agent, who was helping me to find a good location. Paldies Olga, great job done! I can truly recommend to get in touch with Olga if you are looking for a house or apartment in Riga city or Riga suburb.
